There are two caveats.
Firstly, there is no magic. You must do the work i.e. the video course, attend coaching and do the exercises. You will be learning new behaviors i.e. habits, which takes practice. In all, you should allow two hours per week for 12-weeks.
Just 5% of a 40-hour week, for at least 20-30% increase in results. What’s not to love?!
If you don’t participate as agreed, you will be asked to leave (your money will be refunded).
Secondly, there is an application process to help you confirm whether the program is right for you and if so, whether you are right for it. It is a two-way commitment.
